OK ..the tech was secured between * and noon...he showed up at *** and takes * min telling me why he can't install my sys.then told me he could do it another day and it will be $*** and I would have to run all the cable wire .I am sure that he just didn't want to do it. He said a tree mY be in the way ..I told him no problem I love take it down. Then he just kept coming up with reasons he couldn't do it.and i don't understand why I'm running cable myself and talk g out a tree if he can't do it..but he said a nother tech will come back and do it after I run cable.im pretty pissed wasting my whole day and now I have to wait another day because he didn't want to put I a little effect to do his job.but k guess it's OK for me to miss * days waiting g on direct TV....very unhappy
