I was told at sign-up that I am supposed to receive, from direct tv now, * roku streaming player free!, after paying * month ahead of time with a valid payment card. I didn't receive my * days free trial based on my sign-up date. He told me my first payment would be on Sept, ** for the sum of $**.**, then next month, $**.** there and after for tv updated package of * connections for $*.** monthly. I received a message that told me I had too many connects at once. But, I only had one connection working at the time. I should not receive these type of messages, thank you. Have been with Cox.com for about ** years now. Maybe never missed a payment, maybe can't remember.
Have called *-* times but * transfers, then click, the line would drop then had to start at beginning of the line (:( and I was told there is no customer support for directtv now, as of yet. Called many different phone numbers
