Update old, broken equipment ... Oldest of my * antique receivers no longer works. Won’t come on. Tired of old out of date equipment. Want * room genie system at same or less cost than i’m paying now, or i’m going somewhere else.
Not the first time I have dealt with this.

Been a customer for over ** years. You should be giving me the latest equipment without having to ask.
Been trying this online method. Also called customer service number and talked to someone yesterday(***) who took my information and was going to personally call me back. Didn’t happen.
