hello there, my * associated with the account is ***-***-****. Name is Peter Childs. I guess since October of **** your agents have done nothing but lie to me. However one person actually helped me, her name was Marva in the Las Vegas office. Other than that it is very hard to get someone that actually speaks decent english on the phone. First i was told i would get a genie at no charge, even thou all i wanted was an hd receiver. Then the bill shows extra ** a month. Called to complain and was told a case hearing was created to go back and listen to the recorded calls. Yeah, never heard anything about that. Then was offered pay channels numerous times but there were always a partial charge that showed up. Time after time i was told one thing but that one thing was never the truth. It seems like the people that answer your phones are ina different country and just do what they want. The only time i was actually happy with a phone conversation with directv was when Marva in the las vegas office took care of me. Really thinking about getting rid of your service due to the lies and bait and switch tactics.
