We are senior citizens and have had Direct TV for at least * years. Since we are senior citizens we need our bill reduced back to $***.** monthly. I have called on the ATT line several times. They tell me we are not eligible for promotions?? Why?? Also our billing for the last * months has been over $***.**!! Really?? we cannot continue to pay this!! We are good customers--never late and always pay in full! Yet we are not eligible for promotions?? Sounds like discrimination of the elderly!! I would appreciate a call. ***-***-****
