I had an issue with my on screen guide today. It was fixed. Then I realized that I no longer had ** and **-* (UNC TV and UNC tv EX) available to me. Channel ** was on the guide but it was the wrong channel. When I clicked on it, the screen was black. Two of your customer reps lied to me and said that UNC TV was having technical problems. I told both of them that if it was true that would not explain the change in YOUR guide listing.**Now I have talked with two people and know that UNC TV does not have a problem with their service. YOUR reps LIED to me.**Now I have been on hold trying to get someone else on the phone for over ** minutes. I am tired of hearing that my call is important to you.**I want the problem fixed, an apology and a credit to my account for YOUR bad service!**It will be interesting to see if even get a reply.**Pam Gladson
