The issue in GetHuman-wagg's own words
We just had a tech out a week ago. We have the same issue. It is saying message *** on satellite ln * each day between the hours of *pm and *ish. They replaced equipment with genies and I paid an extra $** for wireless. Now the equipment in one room is completely not working. This is very frustrating to bewatching a movie or show and you can’t watch the end or record another showing because it’s going to be not working between * and *.
GetHuman-wagg did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
