Hi: our account *********. On June ** we have disconnected your TV service. June ** I contacted your office asking what to do with your equipment. Was advised that I will get a box with instructions in a few days. Today is June **. Did not received any box and any instructions. Please be advised that no later than next week I will through all your equipment into my garbage. I am tired of getting really bad customer service, long waiting until I will get any kind of response. Please let me know when I will get your box. already had to send a complaint to Attorney General. It seems that I have to do this again. Please send me a copy of our chat to my email.
