on **** I save the detail chat and cancelled the misrepresented billing on my account did not want it and was billed for * payments of **.**. I have the chat saved and I'm sure do to. Now I want to be reimbursed for * months and do not want this **** as I don't use or need it.**Still no call to my home phone: ***-******* to resolve this. But, I have been in contact with my bank and learned that Direct TV used by debit card to send me monthly billings for something I did not order. I am going to contact the better business bureau about this illegal practice. The only time I used my debit was to pay for the purchase of * phones at the AT%T store. How dare they illegally use my card to pay for a service I did not want nor know about.
I trust that DirecTV will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
