I have made several attempts over the past few months to discontinue your services. Several days ago I contacted you and realized that you had my credit card and it was in autopayment. I immediately removed the autopayment yet again today you are billing me for a service I dont have. my account number is :***ACCOUNT NUMBER:*PAYMENT DUE:*PLEASE PAY:*PAYMENT AMOUNT:*******************$***.****You were to call me back and that did nit work either. I prefer to do this over chat so that there is some documentation that I am contacting you.
GetHuman785102 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
