A few days ago I got tech support for my Directv and was sent a new box which I have connected and activated. The tech help, Jeff, told me that a return package to send back the card would come in the box with the receiver but it did not. He said I would be required to send back the old card. The address where I am can only receive UPS or FedEx as I do not have a mailbox or PO Box. What should I do? Is there a package already on the way for me to return the card or old box or both? *Account No. ********
