Service technician named Dale (don't have a last name) fixed our "no signal" problem on ********. Said he would be back on ********* to install our dish to pole. Previously, dish was installed on a cement block by original technician. I just found out we won't be home on **** and want to reschedule to a later date. I called the service number and got a representative that said it would cost me $** to change the appointment. Unfortunately, I don't have technicians phone number or last name.
