I have a replacement direct-tivo dvr device, I previously had a direct tv hd device. I can no longer use my dvr features- fast fwd, pause, record or rewind. The message on screen says that they are not available now and to call to have this service activated. I have caleed * times over a * week period and keep being told to wait **-** hours for it to be upgraded. The last time I called the tech said not to call back.
