My bill went up by $**.** from April to may.*I called Directv . Talked to a rep.He said that *He would remove the new service and charges.*that I should not pay the invoice charge of $***.***that I should only pay $***.** . I sent in my payment.*Now I received a late charge notice for the $**.**
I trust that DirecTV will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
