My Directv was discontinued in late December ****. I'm still getting statements from Directv saying my account is disconnected but I have a balance of -$**.**. Looks like a credit. Since I've moved to an ***isted living facility, I now longer need Directv. I would like to get the -$**.** refunded to me in a check.
