The issue in GetHuman-acscotto's own words
I have genie on TV in living room. Have tiny box in bedroom. The TV in living room is fine. The TV in bedroom keeps saying “connecting” then going to an all white screen then back to “connecting” before telling me that “no servers were detected.” Then it goes back through the cycle again. Every now and then, it’ll flash a picture or sound as though it was momentarily connected, but the scene will freeze and then the cycle will start again. Is there a way we can live chat?
GetHuman-acscotto did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
