Help with my DirecTV issue
This is the *nd time I have been lied to since ATnT has owned the company.*I was called last week about getting Showtime for a * month trial. I unequivocally said NO. And we have a charge. I need the ENTIRE charge refunded.
I trust that DirecTV will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.

How GetHuman-tlkeyser fixed the problem:
I did get through to DirecTV and they sent a technision out. Mind you, all the staff have been supportive. The first person on the phone, immediately took off the Showtime charge (that was offered to me free for * month trial--to which I said NO), then he marked it for higher supervisor's to look at so that rep can be schooled in NOT lying to folks. I'm happy now...but I'm watching ATnT changes.
