I ordered DirecTv for my RV from the Winegard satellite company. They sold me the Directv box. I have proof of payment for the hardware from them. They set up my Directv account through a private Directv contractor and they charged me a second time for the equipment I already owned when setting up the account. I am unable to get anyone to refund the second charge and now I am being charge late fees for not paying the $***.**.**I have contacted DirecTV several times always being told a supervisor would contact me. Yesterday I spoke to Ace in customer service. He told me his supervisor would definitely return my call and again no return call.***I would like the $***.** charge removed along with the $**.** late fees they are now charging me for reversing the charge on my credit card as a fraudulent charge.
I am going to cancel two services Directv AND Uverse for my home is they do not refund my money.
I would like to be refunded for the second equipment charge.
I've been a customer for over * years and have never missed a payment.
Calls, E-mails, filed a dispute.
I have an issue with DirecTV too
