My name is Cynthia Barclay and I have been a customer of Direct TV for more years than I care to mention, today I attempted make inquiry's concerning my bill and got transferred to Asia & Mexico. Since it was within business hours and a week day I asked to be transferred to a US based representative ensure that my inquiries would be understood and managed to my satisfaction, to my surprise i was UNABLE to get a US company, who services US based population of individuals to connect me with a representative in the United States. I then called local AT&T stores who also informed that they encounter the same problems. Why is it not possible for me to speak with an individual in the US? language barriers were evident, especially in Asia. I became more agitated as I repeated myself over and over again to someone who clearly had the challenging task of reading a teleprompter and understanding English.
I would like to speak with a representative for Direct TV in the US
