The Forum, which I don't know how to access, mentions a lot of the problems with the new menu. *It is almost impossible to find my To Do list. Somewhere is Manage Recordings but I spend several minutes trying to find that screen and don't recall how to do it the next time. Even the first click in Menu requires me to go to the Left to see wanted menu options. Just learned that I have to scroll down on the Info screen to see when I recorded it. The Other Showings either shows none or others of the episode I'm watching. If my current List shows there are * episodes recorded and I want to figure out which one I want to see, I have to click on the one that pops up and it immediately starts showing, giving the impression that I've now seen it. It's also hard to know how long a program is before playing it. *Your update deleted a Keep program that was on hold to share with someone in the future. Since it's a cancelled short series, it's doubtful it will be played again. *Now when I want to do something it takes more than the usual clicks, if I'm lucky in finding it at all.*Someone mentioned a Cheat Sheet. I haven't seen one but printed off directions which print poorly and don't seem to help.*There are many of the comments on your site that I agree with. All negative. *We've been subscribers about ** years and this is the worst service we've had. *On another issue, Chicago's Channel ** went off the air briefly. It came back and now cable companies include it again. Please do the same for DirectV.
