You recently updated everything on the DVR. I wish that you hadn't. The schedule is more difficult to read, recordings no longer have the date, which helps with some recordings, finding things like the "to do list" takes way more steps than before. Being able to go to search or delete with a new step does not make up for the rest of the so called improvements. Maybe you should ask customers if they want an update or are perfectly happy with things as they are. Most sincerely, Roberta Sprague
