Account *********, Dan patterson, this started in march, bI'll has gone up **$ in one year, called in march*For some hrlp, offered us *$ if we had our bill automatic, Really, finally supervisor offered us **$ discount for * months, next bill came still $***, called, of couse no record of previous phone call, said would have to listen to phone conversations, gave me a reference **-************R*, and we would hear from you in *-** days, that hasn't happened, but got another bill for $***, I know we are just one customer who doesn't matter, but we should, long time customer, we should matter, no matter how many million customers you have, I'm sure $** means nothing to you but it does to the everyday working person, would appreciate a response
