The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-rnbweakn's own words:
After being a Direct TV customer since **** we are not very happy with the changes being made. *. As are family is avid sports enthusiasts we are always accessing the red button for updated scores. We find now most channels don't have access like before and we when we do find one that offers the RED button it shows a mere few sporting events currently on live but NO SCORES !! *. When viewing our playlist it is so small we cant even see it from across our room. When selecting the show to view it does show how many total and unwatched but it lists by Series & Episode number no longer lists the date it was recorded which was much easier to keep track of. There's is NO reason to cut the box down to show whats playing on the channel you were previously watching as well as other options, these were perfectly fine pu****ng one MENU button if that's what you are in need of. *. Guide info is also to SMALL to read from across the room, again SEARCH & FILTER options should be left on the MENU screen not on the guide screen. This old saying definitely applies to these new and what you think are improved options to DIRECTV "If it's not broke don't fix it". We have been a DIRECTV customer for almost THIRTY years and are well aware of the DIRECTV changes that have occurred since the ATT take over, none that have been anything but positive on our end. As much as we have enjo*** DIRECTV over the years if you don't take your long standing customers suggestions into consideration, we will have no choice but to seriously begin looking for another provider as this is very unacceptable.
I trust that DirecTV will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
