The issue in GetHuman-wtison's own words
The new menu is not sorting the recordings in a playable order. The old system sorted based on Season and Episode, the new system appears to randomly sort recordings but with the newest at the top. **When watching a series the selection of the next playable Episode is random and not the Episode immediately under the just watched episode (if they are in episode order.)**This is NOT on-line chat. Your service is getting poorer and poorer.
GetHuman-wtison did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
