A service tech came out today and handle my problem but ... I was told by him I was eligible for a free upgrade
I asked the lady on the phone last night to set us up with HD in back rooms if there were no charge but the tech today said it wasn’t scheduled
Setup an appointment to upgrade our boxes to HD
