I have been shopping in this store and online for years. Every time I check out it’s a ** minuet process, as the employee who runs the counter in the night clothes* underwear department always has to go double check the price to make sure “it’s really that price” as if I had changed it. She then comes back and checks every single one of my bills to make sure they are not counterfeit. I have been shopping in this men’s Dillard’s for years and I’m still getting treated like this? There have been times that west gate mall security has entered and followed me around as I do my shopping. I don’t want to say that it’s cause I’m young and Hispanic, but when I feel like I’m constantly singled out and treated like this it starts to have me question it. I’m a hard worker who likes to spend his hard earned money in this store, but am constantly being watched like a criminal. I feel profiled, I try to not let it bother me but after years of this I question if I want to continue shopping here.
