I wrote you an email last week but I have not received a reply. My account was not withholding any money. When I asked why, it said to cancel my account and reapply. When I reapplied I get this: "Your account setting are incompatible. Your account could not be connected because multifactor authentication method it uses is not currently supported, please try a different account.*I have had an account with digit at this same bank for a number of years and never had this problem.
