I’ve emails y’all multiple times and at this point if I don’t get a response I’m calling my bank and filing fraud on yalls end. I sent $*** to my savings on the Digit app, before y’all could take out the $*** I spent some of the money. So now for the past three to four days it’s saying the payment is pending, which means I can not touch that money even if I wanted to which is not okay because it is MY money. A want y’all to cancel the pending payment and put the rest of the money that I did not spend back into my account.
GetHuman-myarobe did not yet indicate what Digit should do to make this right.
