I need to cancel my account I no longer have the account that’s connected to my checking. I’m redirected to a page that tells me that I can’t cancel do to an error. Please just cancel my account

GetHuman-goyogafe did not yet indicate what Digit should do to make this right.

I had to go online to the help site and submit claim ticket and it was sent to my email and rep was helpful in resolving and responding in a timely manner ( do not use the app to contact customer support just will make you frustrated)
