I had canceled my goal to save $[redacted] with Digit a few weeks ago, but I woke up this morning to a balance of -$9.18 in my account which shocked me and caused a lot of stress. I need this money to cover my bus and train fare to get to work on the East Coast within the next 2 hours, or I risk losing my job. Despite closing the goal on Digit, my bank account is showing $[redacted].99 missing and an overdraft. Customer service has not been helpful, and the Digit app doesn't reflect any transactions. I urgently need assistance in resolving this issue and retrieving my funds as soon as possible to avoid financial problems.

I noticed an unauthorized transfer on my digit account to my card ending in [redacted] dated September 28, [redacted]. The amount of $[redacted].84 is missing, and even though it was supposedly sent to my bank, it hasn't arrived. I contacted my bank, and they have no record of any pending transaction. This incident has made me feel insecure, so I closed one of my accounts with digit this morning. Typically, I manually withdraw money from my digit account to pay my credit card, but this time it was done automatically without my consent. I simply want my $[redacted].84 refunded as it has mysteriously disappeared without a trace.

I didn't realize they've been charging me monthly, but the savings haven't been worth it. I'd like a refund. Also, I can't link my new bank account because I'm not receiving the verification text. I changed my phone number. Can you help me fix this?

I am experiencing issues with Digit not reconnecting to my bank account. I have followed the steps provided online but it hasn't resolved the problem after a week of trying. Currently, I cannot view my balance or any account details. Despite reaching out via email, the response I received only reiterated the instructions in the help section, which I have already attempted without success. My bank confirmed there are no connectivity issues on their end, as I can access my account through their app seamlessly. Unfortunately, there has been no response to my recent emails to Digit, leaving me concerned about the safety of my funds. My priority is to transfer the funds to my bank account, but I have been unable to do so. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. They have been deducting money from my bank account for three consecutive days without authorization. I am planning to visit my bank to report this as a scam. Additionally, I will be sharing my negative experience on social media platforms like Facebook to warn others about their fraudulent behavior. A company without a phone number raises suspicions about its legitimacy. I will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. I have saved a copy of this email as evidence and will be forwarding it to the relevant authorities. I demand that my account be cancelled immediately, and the wrongfully deducted funds be returned to my bank account.

I recently discovered my savings account was blocked due to suspected suspicious activity. Despite reaching out via email and the help center, I did not receive any response. Consequently, withdrawals were made from my bank account. After several weeks of no communication, I closed my account to prevent further withdrawals. I am seeking a resolution to return the charges that were taken without my consent.

I'm experiencing an issue with transferring my funds from my Digit account to my checking due to my checking account being closed for fraud. When attempting to update my checking account details, I encounter a problem preventing me from completing the transfer. Unfortunately, there seems to be no available phone support for assistance in addressing this matter. I am eager to resolve these obstacles promptly to withdraw my funds and close my Digit account. Hello, I am Alvin. Today, I opened a new account with Digit using [redacted] I need assistance with logging into an account created with an international phone number. I got logged out of the app on my phone and can't access the previous account where money was being saved by Digit. I am unable to transfer these funds back to my account due to not being able to log in. I now have two accounts linked to my Bank of America checking account, one with this email address and one with the international phone number. I am hoping to access the account where my rainy day funds are stored. I appreciate any help you can provide.

I recently contacted your representative regarding issues with the app. I noticed that the money was debited from my account but it's not reflecting in the app. This has resulted in an overdraft fee and a negative balance of -$56 in my account. I urgently need a refund. If there is a contact number to expedite this process, I would appreciate it. I can be reached at +[redacted]2 or please reply to my email at [redacted]. I paused my account after discovering the negative balance and I'm uncertain if this is causing the discrepancy in the app. Additionally, I previously reached out about an unexpected $46 deduction in my account for Digit, which has now left me unable to access the funds. I attempted to withdraw the amount from my account but it's not reflected. There is also a $39 payment that I cannot locate in the app. I am eager to avoid an overdraft fee and would appreciate your prompt assistance.

I recently discovered that I am being charged a monthly fee for a savings account, which doesn't feel like savings to me. I attempted to cancel the account via the app, but I am still receiving text messages and the monitoring continues despite requesting closure over a week ago. I wonder why the account is still active and if changing my password will stop this activity. My main worry is the money that was deducted from my account. Even though the app promised a refund, it has not been processed yet.

Since December 3rd, and possibly even earlier, I decided to try out Digit to save money for my upcoming trip with my fiancé. Unfortunately, using Digit has caused some issues with my checking account, resulting in a negative balance. When I signed up for Digit, I expected to have $20 saved, but I only see $10, leading to an overdraft and putting my account in the negative, which is confusing to me. I need this resolved promptly and would like to request a refund of the missing funds.

I never signed up. I was initially interested, but due to the challenges in contacting someone by phone and the questionable reputation of this app/company, I have decided to opt out. I am requesting a refund as I did not authorize any transactions and money has been deducted from my account without permission. This is the second time I am asking for the charges to cease. If I do not receive a response and a refund, I will resort to sharing my experience on social media.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way things have been handled. Initially, a refund was issued upon my request, along with a cancellation of my account. However, despite this, another $25 was deducted from my account. I am finding it nearly impossible to reach out to your customer service team, adding to my frustration. The purpose of your app should be to assist customers in tracking their expenses, not draining their accounts unexpectedly. I never intended to make any purchases; I simply signed up to explore the features of the account, not agreeing for any funds to be withdrawn.

I created an account, everything was working fine, but when I realized there was a $5 monthly charge, I decided to close it. However, I couldn't proceed because I lost my debit card and couldn't verify my identity without it. Now, I'm stuck with an error message and can't access my money. I really need help from customer service to resolve this issue and get back my $30. If Digit could deactivate my old card, update it with the new one, and return my funds, that would be greatly appreciated.

I requested Digit to transfer $[redacted] from my bank account on Sunday when I had $[redacted] in it. Unfortunately, I was unaware that the transfer would take 2 days. So today, Tuesday, Digit withdrew the money, but I had already spent it, leading to an overdraft of $[redacted]. I kindly ask for the transaction to be canceled today, 12/31/19, to avoid the overdraft. Thank you.

I need assistance changing the address on my digit account to receive my check. After closing my bank account due to my stolen truck, I must update my information on the app. I received an email about a reset, but verifying my identity failed. A while back, I changed my bank account password which my computer saved but I forgot. Digit requested the new password multiple times, but it didn't get updated. Now, I can't log into Digit. I tried changing my Digit password, but didn't receive the verification code on my phone after several attempts. I'm unsure how to resolve this. I have two problems: 1. I want to use Digit again, but can't access my account to update the password for my bank. 2. I see a $2.99 monthly fee charged by Digit from my checking account, the same account they can't access to start saving for me. How can they withdraw their fee but not save for me? How long has this been happening? Thanks a lot! - J.

I have been attempting to access my account, receiving multiple messages from Digit indicating that $[redacted].03 has been saved in the past few months. Upon trying to log in, I faced a message stating that my account has been disabled. I visited my bank to update my login credentials but still could not gain entry after numerous attempts with Digit indicating it was invalid. I am unsure why this issue persists. I seek assistance to enable access to my account, recover my funds, and resume using the app. Your support in resolving this matter and resetting my account is greatly appreciated.

I used Digit to withdraw funds from one of my savings accounts, choosing the "instant" option. The app crashed, and upon reopening it, the money was missing from both my Digit account and the original account I tried to withdraw from - totaling about $53. I then attempted to make another instant withdrawal from my other savings account named "Disney." Again, the app crashed after a lengthy loading screen, leaving me with only $9 in my Digit account. There are no withdrawal statements in my Digit account for either savings account, and the funds have not appeared in my bank account. I aim to transfer all my funds from Digit to my savings account, including the missing $[redacted]+.
