Hello!*I was using the digit app. I requested multiple time through multiple avenues to end my account. *My account was not ended.*Digit continued to take money from my account after texting app STOP multiple times. It would sometimes stop temporarily, then would begin again with no consent. This accumulated to *** overdraft fees in my checking account alone, not to mention late fees for billing accounts that did not get payed as they normally would. This put me into serious financial difficulties.*Thanks you for your consideration in amending this situation.*Respectfully,*Veronica
