On November **, ****, in response to a Black Friday solicitation from your company, I placed Order ************. I received an email confirmation of the order and receipt acknowledging acceptance and payment in full. I received one item, but not the other. Since then, no updates or notices other than notice of the original shipment. Today, I have navigated through your non-user-friendly website and finally learned the second item was cancelled and that portion of the order refunded. Written notice of cancellation was never sent. The purchase was a gift for a grandson. I told him the second item was coming and should arrive any day. I want the f.........n shirt! You advertised it for sale, you sold it to me on line, you took my money without any comment, and then cancelled the order without notice or explanation of any kind -- really? Is that how ****'s conducts it business. If you can't send the cancelled item, then I want a compensatory replacement item of my selection. By the way, not that it will matter to you, but I am a ****'s member and have spent close to a $*,*** this year for merchandise believing that the company was reputable. Little did I know that false advertising and promotions was part of your methods. It has become more obvious given that a live customer representative cannot be reached when requesting order status info by calling your (automated) customer service number. Only by trying to place a new order did I learn the details of my order. What a racket!!!
