I have been on the phone over an hour....still on the phone.....been disconnected twice!! I'm trying to make a reservation and I'm getting angry....
GetHuman2601171 did not yet indicate what Diamond Resorts should do to make this right.

I didn't do anything, it was a matter of getting the correct representative on the telephone. I called the customer service number since I wasn't able to book my vacation on my tablet for whatever reason (that was not resolved by the way) and between being on hold forever and being disconnected twice I wasn't sure if I should even book this trip! Then I finally get a live person on the phone and I'm told I cannot have the resort that I want, it's not available. I choose something else and then when I tell them I want to use my points, I'm told I have to be transferred to another person because she can't take reservations for points.......so while I'm on hold there, I use my home telephone to call customer service back. I FINALLY get a representative who knows what they are doing and I get the resort I originally wanted, go figure! By the time I hung up, I looked at my cell phone and I was still holding.....not sure what Diamond Resorts can do to fix this other than training all representatives the ins and outs of all services they offer, but who knows? Maybe they already do and I got the wrong one. Not looking forward to booking my next vacation, but maybe I will be pleasantly surprised......
