I got an error message regarding transmission signal weakness on the CGM. I contacted Tandem with which my Dexcom G* is paired. They determined that the transmitter needed to be replaced (about *-* weeks old)* and sent me a new transmitter.*The new transmitter was activated and within ** minutes an error message showed on the Tandem - "Invalid Transmitter ID (**T)". Because the alarm associated with the error was interrupting my sleep, I deactivated the CGM on the Tandem* This may have rendered the transmitter useless, but the error message had been recorded, and several attempts had been made to activate it.*So, I need a new transmitter, also a box of sensors, and I would like to know what will assure that the problem will be solved in a long term manner.*Thanks,*Peter
