I was expecting a letter from Russia, but when Deutsche Post tried to deliver it to me in Germany and I was away on vacation, they left a notice. Today, I went to the local post office in Berlin to pick it up as it needed my signature. Although the letter should have been kept there for 7 days, they couldn't find it on the exact 7th day. They gave me a DPost number to call, but it was closed. Any assistance is welcome. - Marc L.

I mailed a package from Japan to Germany, which was unexpectedly returned. The recipient didn't receive any notification from the local post office. All the packaging and documentation were untouched, and it seems there were no customs issues. The parcel was swiftly returned without being held for the required two weeks. I suspect an error on the part of the postal service. I have requested Japan Post to investigate with Deutsche Post, but I have yet to receive a response. Japan Post cannot refund the shipping fee without input from Deutsche Post. It's imperative that Deutsche Post responds to Japan Post's inquiry promptly.

I bought ceramics from Charles and Marie Global Designs in Konigstein on December 2, [redacted]. They were shipped via Deutsche Post to my address in the USA. The tracking number for the shipment is A0010E68FC[redacted]5C4. Unfortunately, the items arrived damaged. I have photos of both the damaged items and the package for verification purposes. Claudiu Mihoc from Charles and Marie Global Designs informed me that I need to file a damage claim to begin the insurance refund process. I am looking for a package that was sent from the USA to Jason Bowlin at Lowensteinring 44, [redacted] Berlin. I have the tracking number from the USA, CH[redacted]1US. It's a large box. They delivered it to the apartment yesterday, but they weren't home and didn't leave a note. My son contacted them, and they said it would be returned to me. Please attempt delivery again, and if no one is home, leave a note so they can pick it up at the post office. Please assist us with this. We would greatly appreciate it. I am experiencing two issues that need to be addressed. Firstly, a package sent from Germany to California via Deutsche Post using DHL Premium has been stagnant since 8/26. After contacting DHL, I was advised to reach out to Deutsche Post, which is not ideal due to the potential high cost associated with making an international call. The tracking number for reference is CY[redacted]10DE. On the DHL website, the latest update states "Tu, 25.08.[redacted], 03:12, IPZ Frankfurt. The shipment will be transported to the destination country/destination area and, from there, handed over to the delivery organization." Accessing the USPS website reveals the package is in "Pre-Shipment" status, indicating it is en route to a USPS facility but not yet integrated into their system. Additionally, there is an error in the US ZIP code provided on the package sent from Germany. I am seeking guidance on how to rectify this situation promptly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently ordered a parcel online and had it delivered by Deutsche Post AG. It seems that the parcel was delivered to the wrong recipient, and I am struggling to get any information to help me track it down. The tracking numbers are LZ[redacted]95CN and RD[redacted]43DE. Despite my sister's efforts at the post office in Kelkheim, Germany, we were informed that only the sender can initiate an investigation. Being located in Australia and not speaking German has made communication challenging. Despite having paid for the parcel, I am being directed to China Post as the sender to begin the enquiry, which is frustrating. The online store has been unhelpful, stating they have proof of delivery and offering no further assistance. I find it perplexing that in Germany, only the carrier seems to have access to information about the delivery recipient.

I encountered an issue with my order from SSENSE/Canada that arrived at Athens airport via DHL Athens (company of Deutsche Post). Despite providing the necessary information like my tax registration number and order confirmation for customs clearance of two handbags, there has been a delay. DHL mentioned that SSENSE hadn't sent the invoice as yet, hindering the customs clearance process. I contacted the customs office directly on January 26th and received approval to proceed with customs clearance using the payment receipt for the handbags as proof, as I am a private individual. However, DHL's broker claimed to be too busy to assist with this method. As of today, January 29th, my parcel remains stuck at customs without a clearance or delivery date. I attempted to escalate the issue by seeking to speak with the manager of DHL Athens without success. I am keen for a superior authority to intervene and direct the DHL broker to custom clear the goods using the receipt in my possession at the customs office, enabling me to present the necessary documentation from SSENSE on my smartphone and finally reclaim my package from customs.

I have sent two parcels from Australia to Osnabruck, Germany. The recipient missed the delivery yesterday, and I am worried that the parcels might be sent back to Australia. This has happened before, and a previous parcel stayed in Germany for four months before being returned. As the postage costs are high, I am eager for the parcels to reach their destination promptly without being returned. I am a new grandmother in Australia, waiting to meet my 7-month-old grandchild due to COVID-19 restrictions. The parcels contain Christmas gifts for my son, his family, and my grandchild, filled with love. I have tracking numbers available and will provide them once I receive assistance. I sent 4 parcels from South Korea to a friend in Germany, Munich. Initially, 3 were received, but the last package [CP [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] KR] from the first batch is now in IPZ Frankfurt and set to return to Korea. Since I am no longer in Korea but reside in Serbia, I am reaching out to Deutsche Post AG to halt the return shipment in Germany. I placed an order with Motel Rocks on December 14th, and I have not received my package yet. The website indicated that I would receive it by Christmas, but it has not arrived. I attempted to track my package using several tracking websites, all of which show that my package is still in the UK. My order number is #[redacted] and my tracking number is LY[redacted]11DE. I am worried about the status of my order and would appreciate any information regarding when I can expect to receive it.

I sent a package from the US to Germany via the United States Postal Service. The tracking information on the USPS website shows the package has been in German customs since December 15th, [redacted]. I contacted Frankfurt German customs for assistance, but they directed me to the German national postal service at deutschepost.de. They advised me to email because calling might be complicated. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an email address on their website. I attempted to call, but the number only had German language options. I am anxious about the delay as the shipment was meant to be a Christmas gift. Thanks for your help.

My name is Anton Mayr, born on April 23, [redacted], residing in Paraguay. I receive my pension from the Social Insurance Institution of the Commercial Economy in Vienna, Austria, under file number 4[redacted]40 - 1 01. I placed an international order while residing in Germany, and it's been held in customs since March 15th. I have since moved back to my home country. The seller directed me to the customs office at Frankfurt Airport, but they said Deutsche Post AG is holding the package. Communicating with them was challenging due to language differences. I sent a small package to my friend, Willy Gunesh, in Dortmund. The package's value was $50, and I paid $47 to USPS for it. It contained two men's T-shirts, a baseball cap, a wall calendar, and a wireless telephone charger. When my friend picked up the package weighing 1 kg at the DHL office, they charged him an additional 22.74 Euro. I believe this extra charge is unfair, as the package was marked as $50 in value, which should be below the threshold for customs charges. I have been struggling to find an email address to contact Deutsche Post. The phone numbers are not being answered, and the option to write in English on the website is limited. I reside at Heidelberger Str. 24, [redacted] Brensbach, and "Tierarztpraxis Balbaschewski" is my tenant. I recently had to change their mailbox and left a sign on my mailbox redirecting mail to their new location near the gate, but they are not receiving their correspondence. I would appreciate guidance on where I should address this issue with Deutsche Post or how to inform the Filiale-Brensbach about the mailbox change.

I submitted a mail forwarding request, paid for it, and it was set to start on April 1st. Initially, the post office had the wrong sender's address on file, which I was able to correct. Subsequently, I received two confirmation letters by mail. The order is under reference number U [redacted]. Despite this, 99 percent of my mail is still not being forwarded to me. As a result, I have incurred around 15 euros in postage costs as my son has to resend all the mail to me. Additionally, I have faced financial losses of approximately 20 euros due to delayed receipt of bills, resulting in late payment fees. My expenses so far exceed the cost of the mail forwarding service. I kindly request a refund of these expenses incurred. It is not acceptable to pay for a service that is not being fulfilled. Just as one wouldn't pay a tradesperson who does not deliver on their service, I expect the same standard. Since this is not the first time I have encountered such issues with a simple mail forwarding request, I am considering involving consumer protection authorities and taking further steps. Hello. I recently sold an item on eBay to a buyer from Germany. The tracking information shows that the package was delivered on June 7th, but the buyer claims they have not received it. The tracking number is RK[redacted]95UA. I am unable to contact the German post office as I do not speak German; I am from Ukraine. I advised the buyer to check with their local post office regarding the tracking number, and they were informed that the parcel was not received. How can I locate the missing parcel?

I received seven boxes in total. Unfortunately, four were re-routed back to Germany from the US. One of the tracking numbers is CA[redacted]80DE from the sender Musicshop-24 GmbH located at Mainstr. 55, [redacted] Miltenburg, Germany. The reference number for this shipment is tMF 1412S-ROLC. I am unsure about the status of the other boxes sent, and I am hoping for some assistance in tracking them to see if they have returned to the drum store. Hello, I require assistance with my shipment from Azerbaijan. The tracking number is CP[redacted]81AZ. I have been waiting for two months. Every time I visit the post office, they tell me to wait, as it is with customer service. After one month, I started calling DHL, and they also asked me to wait. Now, I requested Azerbaijan to return it to the sender, and Germany informed me that the package is lost and offered compensation. However, I am not interested in compensation; I simply want to locate my package. It was with the customs service; how could it have gone missing? This parcel was my suitcase containing all my belongings, weighing 25kg, with a total value of over [redacted]€. Please assist me in finding it.
