Hi.it seems You lost my Registered shipment.Item number is RC*********HR.I sent it from Rijeka,Croatia on *nd of July.It arrived in Delmenhorst ***** on *th of July,and after that nothing.I contacted the recipient,and so far NOTHING.After ** business days if the mail is not delivered it is considered to be lost by the rules of Post.So,I need to be Indemnify by Deutche Post,because the item is received at German Post office.Or at least the confirmation about the situation with my item.Tried to contact various phone numbers,nobody speaks English.My friend tried to ask about the item from DE,he is not relevant to know about third persons issues...Please...do something.Thanks
