Recently, our group of five bought train tickets for a journey from Strasbourg to Wernigerode on 25 Nov [redacted]. Unfortunately, we mistakenly purchased two sets of tickets for the same journey on the same date and time. We understand that our tickets are normally non-refundable, but we kindly ask Deutsche Bahn for their understanding and flexibility in allowing us to seek a refund for one set of tickets. Despite our error, we hope Deutsche Bahn can consider our situation, given our support for their services, and offer us a refund or voucher for one set of tickets. We appreciate any assistance from Deutsche Bahn in resolving this issue and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I am seeking a refund and need to cancel our train journeys from Frankfurt, Germany to Garmisch and from Garmisch to Mainz, Germany. Despite reaching out to all provided phone numbers, such as +49 [redacted] [redacted] 66 33, I am unable to connect due to issues with the area code. The customer numbers for the trips are ZULVGX and V4M2EG, associated with [redacted]3 and [redacted]7 respectively. While aware that rebooking is possible, being elderly, we are uncertain about our health for the planned [redacted] Passion Play in Germany. Kindly process the refund as we may not be able to make the journey. Additionally, we have purchased insurance for both trips.

Dear DB Service Team, I am Takuma Aoyama. I have made two bookings for DB tickets on February 5, [redacted], for my family of four. The first booking is for February 24 from Duesseldorf Hbf. to Bruges (Order 4NST48), and the second booking is for February 26 from Brussels Central to Duesseldorf Hbf, with reserved seats 45 to 48. I have received the confirmation and tickets via email promptly for the first reservation but have not received any confirmation for the second booking. Despite creating a DB customer account using my email, I am unable to view the reservation details as the system indicates my user ID or password is incorrect. I have tried to reset the password, but no information was sent to my email address ([redacted]), which I am confident is correct as I received the confirmation for the first booking. I have checked with my credit card company, who confirmed the payment of [redacted].6 Euros to DB Vertrieb GmbH. I kindly request your team to verify my reservation and send the online ticket to my email address. I have also contacted [redacted] but have not received a response. Best regards, Takuma Aoyama

Hello, I plan to travel to Amsterdam in May. My train itinerary includes taking EC248 from Warsaw West to Berlin Gesundbrunnen at 4:23 on 20 May [redacted], followed by IC144 from Berlin Gesundbrunnen to Amsterdam Central at 11:56. I would like to bring my bike, but I am facing issues purchasing a bicycle ticket. While I can buy a ticket for the first train leg from Warsaw to Berlin locally, I am unable to purchase a bicycle ticket online for the second train journey from Berlin to Amsterdam. The message I receive states that I can book the ticket without the bicycle ticket. I would appreciate any guidance on how to secure a ticket for my bicycle for the second train. Thank you for your help.

I made a reservation for a trip in June with Deutsche Bahn from Stockholm to Munich. My journey involves multiple transfers, starting with a train departing at 10:21. However, the train from Flensburg to Hamburg now departs at 20:06 instead of the scheduled 20:15, causing me to miss connections to Munich. The customer service team recommended taking an earlier train from Stockholm, but this would require a new seat reservation which has not been arranged. Considering staying overnight in Hamburg and catching the first morning IC train (possibly at 5:24) to Munich, despite not having a ticket. Would this be a viable solution?

Hello, I purchased a ticket from Berlin to Gdansk, but unfortunately, I selected the wrong date. I intended to buy a ticket for June 10th, but I accidentally selected June 15th. By the time I realized my error, it was too late to cancel the ticket. I have been unable to reach DB directly, so I'm reaching out to you for assistance in canceling the ticket. It is crucial for me to receive a refund of 90 Euros in this particular situation, as we are facing unexpected financial difficulties during our trip. Order Number: 4POWDX

Hello, my wife and I own a house in Schona, located at Bahnhofstrasse [redacted] B. We have owned it since [redacted], and it is situated right across from the train station. The street is owned by Deutsche Bahn. Living at the bottom of the River Elbe, with a steep street leading up to the village of Schona, we frequently experience debris such as sand, gravel, and forest waste coming downhill and accumulating in front of our house during rain showers and snow. Over the years, this has caused a 20-centimeter increase in height, resulting in water entering our home. I have tried to address this by using cement and trespa plates to raise the thresholds of two doors, hoping this temporary solution would eventually be resolved and return to its original state. Our neighbors have mentioned a reorganization of the platform and entrances from the path in front of our house. Therefore, I am trying to contact the appropriate department to find a solution without going to court. I hope you can assist us in resolving this situation and provide us with information on who to contact and what steps to take. Best regards, Anet and Bert Nellissen, born on January 30, [redacted], and April 5, [redacted]. Address: Rosakker 3, [redacted] AC, Oirlo, Netherlands.

Dear DB Trains Customer Support, I am reaching out concerning an incident in Munich today, 06/09/[redacted], that left my partner and me upset. Despite having valid tickets, we were fined 60 euros each during our journey, a surprise as frequent DB Trains users. My partner settled her fine, and I await instructions to pay mine online with reference FN-Nr [redacted][redacted]. I seek your prompt help for: 1. Clarification and possible refund of the fine. 2. Urgent guidance and any required steps or appeals. 3. Assurance for future travels with DB Trains. Your swift response and assistance are urgently needed. Thank you for your prompt attention. Sincerely,

Dear DB, After a more than 3-hour journey on a crowded train from Prague to Regensburg, my experience did not improve upon boarding the train to Regensburg. I had paid for and reserved a seat in 1st class, but was informed this morning that there were no reserved seats available, which I understood. However, what was not communicated was that there were no free seats either. Currently, my husband and I are sitting on the floor in 1st class, which is completely unacceptable. It is clear that seats which were sold are not actually available. I am requesting a full refund for the entire journey. At 65 and 70 years old, we did not anticipate having to sit on the floor of your train for 3 hours. Regards, Anne

Hello, We returned from Bavaria by train with DB. We left from Kempten at 8:34 on September 12, [redacted]. We had a connection in Ulm at 9:38, but our train RE [redacted] was 17 minutes late, giving us only 8 minutes to change trains. We were supposed to go to Stuttgart by ICE [redacted] but had to change all our connections to reach Paris Est and then Paris Montparnasse for Brest. We arrived in Brest at 22:51 instead of 20:38. We request compensation for this delay as it disrupted all our connections.

I made a train reservation for my husband and me two months ago. I just received an email informing me of a timetable change for our journey from Munich Central Station to Rothenburg ob der Tauber on October 31, [redacted]. The email suggests finding an alternative connection by clicking a button. When I click the link provided, it seems like I am being prompted to purchase a new ticket. Can I simply board any of the alternative trains listed on my current ticket? Additionally, am I able to reserve seats on one of these alternative trains? Thank you.

I encountered two issues when I booked my trip from Paris to Sigmaringen. Initially, I had a route planned, but Deutschebahn sent me an email notifying me of a schedule change for my journey through Ulm. I now prefer to take train ME X 12 [redacted] from Stuttgart to Tübingen instead. I want to ensure the new journey's cost doesn't exceed my original [redacted] euros. Do I need to amend my reservation online for this altered route? My second issue is an incorrect return date on my ticket, set for the 8th instead of the 12th of October. I aim to adjust only the return leg online without impacting my initial booking. I paid [redacted].60 euros for the round trip, inclusive of seat reservations. There is a provision to modify reservations by paying an extra 10 euros, but I must make this change before the 6th of October. Kindly provide guidance on the necessary steps.

I signed up for the Germany ticket for €49 for August and September with the plan to cancel before September 10. Despite canceling, I was unexpectedly charged €49 on September 28. I contacted my bank to halt the payment, which inadvertently triggered the return of the August and September charges. Now, I've received an email from DB Bahn requesting the repayment or facing consequences. I have already transferred the €98 to them but forgot to include the "purpose number" needed for payment allocation.

I signed up for the Germany ticket at 49€ for August and September. I canceled before the 10th of September to avoid being charged in October. However, on the 28th of September, I was charged an extra 49€ despite canceling. I contacted my bank to stop the payment, which also resulted in the August and September charges being returned. I received an email from DB Bahn demanding the money back or facing consequences. I have already sent the 98€ through the bank transfer information provided, but I want to confirm they received it. I am attempting to reach out to them via email to ensure the payment was received.

Hello, I purchased a 49 Euro ticket but I am unable to transfer it to my smartphone because my provided data is deemed incorrect. I have been trying for 11 days to verify my information with no response. Attempts to reset my password have failed as well due to supposedly undelivered reset emails. Living in Morocco limits my ability to contact DB directly, leaving me no choice but to forfeit the 49 Euro Bahncard unless I can acquire it elsewhere. This situation seems quite absurd. Can you assist me? Thank you in advance for your response. Regards, Prof. A. Strauch.
