Hello, my name is Paige. I have a few questions. Why don't you visit various schools in the Downriver area? There are kids here who could use your help too, not just those in Detroit. I'm a mom of four, and my oldest, who is 6, loves your organization. I recently encountered a little boy and girl at a local school who didn't have the necessary supplies, so I helped them out. I've noticed your efforts in Detroit schools, which is fantastic, but families Downriver would also appreciate your support. It would be wonderful if you could visit their schools and see the joy on the children's faces. Thank you and have a great day.

Good afternoon, I am Devon Ware from Wolverine Human Services, a non-profit organization in Detroit, MI. I am the Team Manager for our Foster Care Program in Vassar, MI, working with clients who have faced abuse or neglect. Many do not have homes and are coping with trauma and PTSD. The clients have expressed interest in attending a football game, a new experience for them. It is important for me to provide them with unique opportunities. I am reaching out to inquire if your organization would be willing to donate tickets to an upcoming home football game for this group of children. Kind regards, Devon Ware Team Manager | Wolverine Human Services m: [redacted] p: [redacted] ext. [redacted] e: [redacted] [redacted] Enterprise Drive, Vassar, MI [redacted] www.wolverinehs.org

I would like to share my thoughts on the demographic makeup of Detroit. I appreciate the changes in leadership made by Sheila, but I believe more can be done. An African American coach like Kaepernick, who bravely took a stand by kneeling, deserves a city like Detroit. He represents hope and courage. Detroit has the potential to rally behind him and create a team spirit like never before. Kaepernick challenges outdated perceptions and deserves a chance to prove himself. Sheila, imagine the powerful message if you stood with him on the field. Together, we can support the Black Lives Matter movement. I am excited about investing in an apartment building near New Center. Detroit is a city full of promise. Thank you. - A resident from Highland township, MI.
