Hello there,*I just asked the lady to do the exchange and I was buying out more stuff worth **$ From the store and I simply asked to do exchange. Without telling me what is wrong she just kept saying it can’t be and I simply kept trying what is wrong and then she raised her voice and told me that I was getting hyper. Is it not my right to know what is wrong with exchanging? And then later when I told her that I simply just want to know why it can not be returned then she told me that the bar code was not from the same store and I agreed to it and told her that I told you in the very beginning of the conversation but she refused that and continued to give me attitude so eventually I had to raise my voice my too to let her know that I cannot keep standing here on the counter and keep taking her bullshit behaviour. And then eventually she told with her voice raised that they cannot do exchange from other store let alone it be the same brand of store. *Kindly I need action to be taken against the manager of store located in woodbine mall at rexdale and highway ** in Toronto and incase if you need transaction record my receipt number is ****** store number is c****. This is not the way especially for a store manager to deal with the customers and they cannot bring their own troubles to work to vent them out on their customers. Kindly let me know what is being considered and how the issue is being dealt.They need proper training when they are facing the clients directly on regular basis.*Thank you
