Hello, I recently uploaded a new shirt design and received this message: "Thank you for submitting your design Vintage. Unfortunately, we were unable to approve it at this time due to the following reason(s): Your artwork contains elements that use a red that cannot be accurately reproduced through the DTG process. Please use something closer to RGB: [redacted] 27 47 or CMYK: 0 [redacted] 90 0 to achieve a solid red color in your design." I am really clueless as to why my design was canceled. What about the colors in my design didn't work? Was it the specific shade of red or the pattern mixed in the red? Is there a way around this while maintaining the look of my design? I put a lot of effort into this and really hope to keep it this way. An in-depth response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, C.

I purchased $[redacted] worth of shirts from you. They arrived with sticky candy all over them straight out of the package you sent. This is unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never experienced this issue before. With Christmas just around the corner, this inconvenience couldn't have happened at a worse time. I am upset and disappointed. I will need my entire order replaced, considering the circumstances.

I bought seven shirts from their online store, but all of them arrived damaged and misprinted. I submitted a refund request on June 16th, but I haven't received any response. Their policy promises a refund for defective items that have not been worn or washed, and I have evidence to support my claim. I am insisting on a full refund and will not be purchasing from them in the future due to this disappointing experience.
