Cancel the order ... I would like to cancel an item that is on reoccurring monthly delivery. I don’t remember signing up for that but guess I did. It is a nice eye cream but it is not doing anything special for my eyes, therefor I need to cancel. Thank you, * Tally Sides

They just don’t realize, period.

I want the order resolved. Called them today and they said I hadn’t ordered anything in a year ! Go figure! Then after not finding my order, they hung up on me.

I have ordered many things in the past from them and always been satisfied, that is until now. Will never order another item again. They could not resolve the issue, so they hung up on me ! Unbelievable !!
