Hi!**I am returning an item that when I checked into my customer history, it showed that I had ordered something that I didn't receive. Both my return and order that I didn't receive are the Harry Josh Pro Dryer, however, the one that I didn't receive cost about $*** more! Anyway - what do I do now? When I didn't receive the Blow Dryer that I thought I had ordered in April, I ordered another one (the one I am unfortunately returning - too heavy). What should I do now? I figured that I must not have ordered the first Blow Dryer, since it didn't get it.
I trust that DermStore.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
