The issue in GetHuman-nwagoner's own words
We have had very poor delivery service for the Denver Post and NY Times. We are scheduled for a *:** a.m. delivery, and that happens only occasionally. Last week I received a NY Times and a Wall Street Journal (which I don't subscribe to), but no Denver Post. Today I received a Denver Post and no NY Times. Since the NY Times is expensive, I will contact them and ask for a replacement, but I feel it is the delivery service that is the major problem, but don't know what to do about it. Any suggestions?
