The issue in GetHuman-gbgingra's own words
my young grandson picked up our Denon AVR **** remote and began punching buttons . Apparently he had done so for a while. I have been unable to get the receiver back to the correct settings , and would now like to reset to the original out of the box setting condition . I followed online suggestions on resetting the microprocessors , however it only reverted to the current settings . Can you please provide the information that will allow me to utilize the set up wizard ? I have been unsuccessful with all efforts thus far. Thank you , Gary Gingras
