I placed a order at Denny tonight @ store number **** spending about $** I purchased * burgers with fries the pick * and * pieces of chicken tenders once I received my order I checked over the order before leaving out realizing that I was missing a tender the cashier Tina advise me that that was all the cook had , I asked her what did she mean by that we order * so I asked her why didn’t she suggest something else so she offer mozzarella stick in replacement of the missing tender I stated that I would not like that is there any way that I could get a refund she then advised me that unless I paid with a card that I was not entitled to a refund, I then asked her to call the manager she walks away to get the manager as she is walking to the back mumbling ***** the manager Jerry and he walks up to me and states that they don’t sell * piece tenders and he can not sell them to me like that and that there no way he could give me a refund on my order I then asked the manager to show me on the menu were they have the tenders quantity at on the menu he could not find it he then stated you can keep the food until tomorrow and then speak with the general manager i then contacted the winter Park police department the issue was still not resolved I contacted another Denny’s to ask about if I could purchase * tenders I was told yes not as a appetizer but in the pick * I would be able to order it I the advised the manager of what another location told me and then he wants to later advise his employees that if someone orders a * piece that they can sell it that way in the pick The after a hour and ** mins of still being in the restaurant my food is now cold and he would like to offer more tenders, also after being told the don’t have any more.. This has to be the most worst experience i have had at Denny’s in my entire life and I will not be going back unless it’s to get a refund I will keep the food until I speak with someone from the corporate office.
