To Whom It May Concern*My family and I totaling eleven people were to fly with Delta Airlines to LAX on **th of Dec. ****, leaving Sydney **.**am.**However due to Covid we were not permitted to fly.*Webjet with whom we booked the flight , sent us an email on the **rd October ****.*ref. no. ******** confirming a refund would be sent to our account within ** weeks.**Today (********), I rang Delta to get an update as nine of the eleven people that were booked to fly have now been refunded but to date we still have not received our refund. *Our eTicket no. ************* & eTicket no. ************. **Please note we were all booked on the same flight. *My question is What do I need to do, OR who do I need to talk to escalate our case for us to receive our refund , Thanks. **Regards*Glenda Tickle***** *** ***
