We bought roundtrip tickets for our son's wedding in Kansas but had to postpone due to COVID-19. The wedding is now on July 11th, and we rescheduled our flights for July 10th. We also got one-way tickets for our granddaughters. Recently, our flights were rearranged, causing our granddaughters to be on a separate flight. After some calls, we managed to get on the same flight. Our return flight was rescheduled twice, forcing us to move it to the next day, and now to a 3 am departure. I haven't been able to reach customer service to address this. I've sent a message already but need help to prevent further flight changes. Please, respond as soon as possible.

I'm writing about a flight I booked 3 1/2 months ago with my friend to surprise another friend in Florida. My friend paid extra for main seating, which I couldn't afford. Even though the flight was not cancelled, I received an email saying it was. Expedia confirmed the flight was still valid. I believe my flight was cancelled because I had a cheaper ticket, which I view as discrimination. Despite receiving another email confirming my flight, it was cancelled again today. I insist on being on the original flight I booked and paid for. It seems my seat was given away to others who booked last. No one is answering the phone when I call. Please reach out to me promptly to resolve this situation without me having to involve legal action at your expense. Thank you. - Carissa C. [redacted]

Hello! I had a trip planned for June 15, [redacted], with Delta Airlines. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic, one leg of my trip has been canceled. I am trying to get a refund for the entire journey. I have been attempting to contact Delta's customer service for the past three days but have had no success. Texting and using their website have also been unproductive. I am struggling to reach a human to assist me in getting the refund for this three-leg trip. Thank you, Soo Jin

Our flight has been rescheduled, disrupting our plans to fly directly to Florida on a red-eye. We are now required to stay overnight in Atlanta, incurring additional expenses for a hotel stay and rechecking our luggage. This unexpected change has increased our costs by more than $[redacted], contrary to our original budgeting for the trip. We are exploring alternatives such as rescheduling our flight to depart Saturday or early Sunday for Orlando, or keeping our current flights with assistance in covering the hotel costs and baggage recheck fees. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there, I am a SkyMember and I traveled to Sydney, Australia on March 13, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my return flight on my round trip ticket was canceled or suspended due to COVID-19. I have been trying to reach out to inquire when flights will resume from Sydney, Australia to MSP, Minnesota and was informed that flights may resume by the end of May or possibly end of June. I am curious if there are any upcoming routes and flights from Sydney to MSP so I can make arrangements to return home. Thank you, IA

I have been attempting to contact you for the past two weeks, calling every day, only to be informed that you are no longer accepting phone calls. My flight, scheduled for June 7th to New York, has Booking Confirmation Number G5E9VN. I have been trying to modify the reservation without success. At this juncture, I find myself with limited options and urgently require either a refund or a credit to rebook the flight. Despite exhausting all other avenues to reach out to your team, I prefer resolving this matter over the phone rather than through chat. I have already incurred costs for one reservation change. Kindly advise on the available options for resolution.

I am seeking a refund from Delta Airlines, but they have not issued it, even though they acknowledged that it is owed. Their online policy states refunds are processed within 6 to 8 days, but it has been months without any resolution. This has caused significant problems in my life and almost resulted in a tragic incident. I had to pay a large sum in ransom due to the delay. I am currently facing financial difficulties and cannot afford to pay additional fees to Delta to expedite the refund process, which I find unreasonable. I want to resolve this matter amicably. I plan to escalate this issue publicly to bring attention to the unethical treatment I have received, including filing complaints with the BBB, Attorney General, news outlets, and any relevant authorities. I am considering organizing protests to address these grievances.

I have been trying to reach Delta for the past three days to rebook my cancelled flight, but I haven't been able to get through. After waiting on hold for hours and even being hung up on, I am frustrated with the lack of service. When trying to use the website, it couldn't provide me with the eCredit amount. I am disappointed and would like to speak to a manager to resolve this issue. You can contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] or [redacted] The long wait times are unacceptable given the circumstances.

I have been trying to reach Delta for the past three days to rebook my cancelled flight. I waited on hold for 2 hours one day, 3 hours the next, and still haven't spoken to anyone. They even called me back, kept me on hold for 1.5 hours, and then disconnected. When trying to rebook online, there was an error about the eCredit amount. I am frustrated with the lack of service. I would like a manager to contact me to resolve this issue. I am dissatisfied with the unexplained changes made to my flight, HI6776, from GRB to LAX with a layover in MPLS. The new schedule changing the layover city to DTW and delaying the connection in MPLS is inconvenient and unnecessary. Despite multiple attempts, including late-night calls to Delta at [redacted], I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. I am requesting a flight change to follow the route GRB to DTW on DL5003 at 9:15 am, connecting to DL1104 from DTW to LAX at 1:00 p.m., arriving at 2:41 p.m. on June 23rd. Alternatively, we are willing to consider the same flights on different dates. I am frustrated by Delta's lack of communication and notification regarding these changes and would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help. Jerome R.

I recently had to cancel my flight due to the pandemic. Delta sent me a cancellation confirmation but I am having trouble checking my refund status online. Despite entering correct information such as my ticket number ([redacted][redacted]) and flight numbers (DL7193 and DL7142), the website repeatedly shows errors. I have been unsuccessful in reaching Delta's customer service after multiple attempts. The flights were from Quebec City to LaGuardia with a connection in Toronto, scheduled for June 28. Given the current border restrictions, I would not have been able to enter Canada anyway. I am yet to receive my refund of approximately $[redacted]. As phone lines are always busy, I am reaching out here for any assistance in obtaining information about my refund. Thank you. - Stuart D.

I made a flight booking on 04/28/[redacted] from Spokane, WA to Rhinelander, WI for June 27, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my flight got changed to end in Minneapolis without notice. This caused me to miss my connecting flight to Rhinelander. After contacting Delta on June 16, [redacted], I was assisted by "ANN" who helped me change my landing time in Minneapolis to an earlier one. However, when I checked my flight status recently, I couldn't find any confirmation for my trip. I've been trying to reach out to Delta without success due to the current situation with COVID-19 and the riots. My confirmation number is HAFYM2. My Skymiles number is [redacted], and my ticket number is [redacted][redacted]. I can be reached at [redacted]. I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you, Konnie.

I am facing an issue with a scammer who fraudulently changed my flight reservation and charged $[redacted].88 to my account originally booked with skymiles and money. He insisted skymiles couldn't be used, prompting the change. After contacting Delta, I was advised to contact Amex for a refund as he was indeed a scammer. The scammer, in return, threatened to cancel my flight and refund the money. Despite warning him and informing Delta, he intends to proceed. I have taken steps to secure my finances, but I fear he might cancel my vital medical appointment flight. Currently, I am experiencing a wait time of over an hour trying to reach Delta for assistance. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have been attempting to resolve this issue online and through the app, but it does not recognize my bookings. I have two internal flights booked in the USA for August. Due to our canceled flights to the USA, I need to cancel these internal flights. The first flight is from New York (LGA) to Orlando (MCO) with Confirmation Number: HQTI3Q, Flight Number: Delta [redacted], departing at 11:05 and arriving at 13:47. The second flight is from Orlando (MCO) to Boston (BOS) with Confirmation Number: HQPMDT, Flight Number: Delta [redacted], departing at 11:50 and arriving at 14:45. I am requesting a refund, especially for the second flight Delta [redacted] which was rescheduled to an earlier time. If a refund is not possible, I would accept an eCredit for the first flight. Please confirm the refund process, the next steps, and any additional information required. My name is Claire Smyth, and the bookings were for 4 travelers made in December [redacted].

I wanted to share my disappointment regarding a recent change I made to my travel reservation, shifting it from June to September because of concerns related to the current Covid-19 situation. I initially had a booking for June 16 through Delta.com but faced challenges with their overloaded telephone reservation system. Despite my preference for the online method, I was frustrated to encounter a $[redacted] charge to redeposit 10,[redacted] Skymiles due to altering my schedule. Under the current circumstances surrounding air travel, I believe airlines should be more accommodating towards schedule adjustments, especially without imposing extra fees. While my initial ticket required 58,[redacted] Skymiles and the rebooking was based on 48,[redacted], resulting in a perceived reduction in miles, the $[redacted] charge was unexpected. I kindly request a refund of the $[redacted] fee, as I was not given the choice to skip the redeposit or donate the miles to charity through the online system. Best regards, M.D. Bulis Skymiles: [redacted] Ticket: HMQMID [redacted] [redacted]

I purchased a ticket for myself and my infant son to travel to Togo (Lomé) on June 3, [redacted]. Two months prior, I contacted the agent who informed me the flight was canceled due to COVID-19. They offered to change the date for an additional fee, which I paid. The new departure was scheduled for June 20. A week before, I called again, and I was told I still couldn't travel because Togo's borders remained closed. I decided to cancel the trip, but the agent mentioned I would receive credits instead of a refund, but I'd have to pay $[redacted] for this. I was taken aback by this request as I have never heard of paying to cancel a trip. I am seeking assistance in this matter.

I had a flight booked from Fargo, ND to Pittsburgh, PA on April 25, returning on April 26, [redacted] for my son's graduation at Point Park University. Due to Covid-19, there was no ceremony, and I was informed I would receive an ecredit from Delta. Unfortunately, my computer shut down while filling out the paperwork, and I now need the confirmation number for the flight. My name is M. McMaines. I wanted to increase the ecredit to purchase a $[redacted] gift card for my son. I am looking for assistance in converting the ecredit to the gift card. I would appreciate a phone call or a clear message guiding me through this process.

My name is Jose Sanchez. My flights from the UK to Canada were canceled by British Airways due to Covid-19. I have a one-way booking for three tickets on August 13th from Calgary to Las Vegas with Delta Airlines. I have requested a refund (refund number TRR[redacted]2) as we won't be able to physically be in Canada for the flight. Despite understanding the current situation, I am disappointed by the lack of communication regarding my refund. One of the UK Delta customer service representatives informed me that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund as my flight wasn't canceled by Delta, disregarding my personal circumstances and customer rights. I am considering escalating the issue to the Ombudsman for further assistance. I hope my concerns are addressed promptly. Warm regards, J. Sanchez.
