As of May *, **** I had a reservation for flight **** * seat **A. May **, **** I was notified of the cancellation of that direct flight to Detroit and put on Delta flight *** to Atlanta (seat **A) then Delta flight **** (seat **B) to Detroit. Today I was notified of your **% capacity and blocked middle seat policy. **B is a middle seat. I am traveling alone, I am ** years old and this is upsetting beyond words. I have tried calling and waited over an your. I tried a second number for sky miles members and was intentionally disconnected. So, what can you do to insure I get to Detroit on *-*-**** at a reasonable hour* and hopefully I can find someone in my family who can pick me up.
