Hello, I am Amy Thomas. My husband, Glenn, and I had planned a long-awaited honeymoon trip to Hawaii, departing from LA on May 4, [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the unforeseen circumstances of Covid-19, we had to cancel our trip. After overcoming personal battles with cancer and financial hardships over the years, we finally saved enough to book our dream vacation on August 8, [redacted]. The outbreak of Covid-19 this February in my hometown of China left us with no choice but to cancel, resulting in a $[redacted] cancellation fee with Travelocity. In these challenging times with financial constraints, recovering that $[redacted] would greatly assist us. I kindly request if there is a possibility to receive a refund. I recently made a flight booking through ebookers for a trip from Zurich to New York and back. I had a flight booked from Portland, Maine to Manila, Philippines on July 22 with confirmation number HUUBW5 for Thomas W. Sprague, Hannah S. Sprague, and Ruth C. Hodge. Yesterday, I canceled the flight and received e-credits for the same passengers. Hello, I need to process a refund for my flight and my partner's, Eamonn Cannon. I am requesting a refund instead of a credit, as my travel plans were disrupted due to my son's graduation moving to Australia amid Covid-19. I contacted Delta regarding my flight with confirmation F8ZAGS that was changed in February [redacted]. I recently learned from American Express that some legs of my flight were canceled due to Athens, Greece airport restrictions. American Express re-booked the flight but could not assist with my directly upgraded seats from Delta. I needed to re-book these seats and attempted to do so online without success. Upon calling Delta, the recorded message mentioned a 2-3 hour wait; however, I have been on hold since 10:15 AM and it is now 7:25 PM, exceeding 9 hours. I am concerned about the flight status with Athens airport reopening on July 1st and my scheduled flight on June 16th.

I booked a flight and was told I'd get a refund for COVID-19-related changes. Contacted customer service to cancel and get reimbursed or reschedule, emphasizing I only wanted changes if refunded as promised. Noticed my trip disappeared from my account without miles returned. Delta rescheduled my flight for 05/19 from Haneda to LAX. Need this resolved fast. Want my miles back or flight date changed with no fees as stated. Online fixes failed due to Delta's system issues. I bought a ticket in March for a round trip from Austin, TX, to Shanghai, China, departing on June 30th and returning on July 31st. Recently, Delta modified my flight, causing me to miss the connecting flight to Shanghai. I'd like to change the flight to the next day without using flight credits or a fee waiver since the changes were not my fault. I prefer not to cancel the existing booking to retain my seat. I want to move the flight to China to the following day because available flights then connect properly, unlike the current schedule that causes me to miss the Shanghai flight by an hour.

I need assistance with rescheduling our flight to Marquette, MI as it was changed without explanation. There seems to be a layover discrepancy with the new flight. The flight arrives at MSP at 6:23 PM and departs for Detroit at 6:45 AM the next day, resulting in a 12+ hour layover, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there is a 4 hour and 24-minute layover in Detroit. Could a representative please call me to clarify the layover situation in MSP as it is not reflected in my flight details? Hello, I'm Michelle. I had a flight from July 16th to July 19th with the confirmation code HW5MX5. I initially paid $[redacted].32 for this July flight. On May 2nd, amidst Covid19, Delta changed my flight to a cheaper one, refunding me $60 and retaining $[redacted] unknowingly as a change fee. Given the current situation with Covid19, the event I was supposed to attend has been canceled. I checked on May 14th to cancel the flight and was only refunded $[redacted].48. I find it unfair to be charged a change fee during a pandemic and would like a full refund for the flight since the event has been called off indefinitely.

Our Delta Airlines flight was unexpectedly extended for 2 days without any prior notice provided to us, even though the dates remained the same. The new flight schedule now involves impossible time travel with landings occurring after the next flight departure. What was initially a 2-hour layover has now ballooned to 40 hours. I am seeking a full refund for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, attempts to reach customer service have been futile, with wait times clocking in at 7, 12, 9, and 5 hours. I experienced a flight cancellation on March 26th and engaged with the Delta Virtual Assistant via text messages from March 14th to March 17th. During this communication, I was informed that I would receive a full credit for future travel related to Trip Confirmation # GBBWOF. Now, my planned cruise for next March 18th has been called off. Therefore, I will also need to cancel and convert my flight, Trip Confirmation # GIRXKZ, into a credit with Delta. The total amount I have utilised for both trips with Delta amounts to $3,[redacted].50. I am seeking guidance on where exactly this credit is being held by Delta and the process to access it when I am ready to make a new booking. I have not been provided with a specific confirmation number or instructions for accessing the credit. On May 3, [redacted], I made a reservation for flight [redacted] with seat 11A. Unfortunately, I received notification on May 10, [redacted], that the direct flight to Detroit was cancelled. I was rebooked on Delta flight [redacted] to Atlanta (seat 11A) and then Delta flight [redacted] to Detroit (seat 11B). Today, I learned about your new 60% capacity rule with blocked middle seats, and 11B is a middle seat. As a solo 77-year-old traveler, this news is very distressing. I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service. I even tried an alternative number for sky miles members, but I was disconnected. I urgently need assurance that I will arrive in Detroit on 6-3-[redacted] at a suitable time, and hopefully, a family member can pick me up.

My wife got stuck in the Philippines due to the pandemic and now she's ready to come home. Delta assured me her ticket is valid for a year, and I just need to inform them when she's ready, which is now. Her original departure date was March 3rd. The unexpected changes to our flight times have disrupted our plans entirely, causing us to miss important connections with our family. I am seeking a resolution in the form of a voucher to rebook the original flight when our schedule permits. I need assistance with getting a refund on my canceled flights booked through Chase Ultimate Rewards. The upgrades were purchased directly from Delta for flight DL [redacted] on 9/28 and return flight DL [redacted] on 10/11 from FCO to JFK. I urgently need assistance with my flight. My confirmed flight H5XV7K leaving Rome on June 5 with AirFrance is missing from My Trips. Despite being charged an extra fee on my SkyMiles card on May 3 after using ecredit from a previous canceled flight, the flight does not show up. Upon speaking with a representative on May 12, I was told my June 4 flight was canceled and rebooked for June 5. Although I got an email confirmation from Delta on May 12 for the Air France flight, I found no information on AirFrance flights from Rome on June 5. I can't call the USA and need help being rebooked on a flight leaving Rome for MSP on June 5, like the Alitalia flight I found online departing at 10:00. I sent a message via Twitter with no reply yet. I'm frustrated with the lack of professional service from Delta and would appreciate assistance. I can receive calls but can't dial [redacted] numbers.
