Today, I spoke with a representative who graciously provided us with a credit for our upcoming flight from Phoenix, AZ to Spokane on April 6, [redacted] under confirmation code: GZCOVK. The credit amount is $[redacted].80 and is valid until Jan. 10, [redacted]. Following our conversation, the representative emailed me a credit form for my husband's portion only. She mentioned that both our portions would be included under the same code. However, I would appreciate it if my portion under Deneice Hastings could also be emailed to me. Thank you.

I have a booked round trip with Delta Airlines from Mumbai, India to NY, USA scheduled for March 19th and April 3rd, for a concert performance in Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, travel restrictions, and health concerns both in India and NY, it is unsafe for me to travel. I do not have American health benefits and believe it is irresponsible to proceed with the trip. I request a voucher for the cancellation of my tickets, as I am uncertain about the future situation and when I can reschedule my concert. I am Gary Sherman. I need to cancel my round-trip flight to Orlando (Flight confirmation code: HUNTYS) due to Covid-19 concerns. As a 65-year-old with cancer and immunosuppression, I want to get a refund or credit. I have purchased Allianz trip protection but am unsure whether I should contact Allianz or Delta for assistance. The help numbers provided redirect immediately to a survey about Delta representatives, even though I have not spoken to any. During my birthday trip to Vegas on 3/9, I encountered ticket issues with Delta that resulted in my flight being canceled. Despite checking in on time, a supervisor claimed to have fixed the problem, but it resurfaced at the gate. The situation escalated when Destiny accused me of arriving late, although I arrived early as I had stated repeatedly. Supervisor Debra explained the flight cancellation was due to a 3-hour delay causing a missed connection in Minnesota. After much back and forth, I was rebooked on a United flight to Chicago, which didn't align with my original plan to disembark in Milwaukee. This change led to unexpected expenses, including an Uber ride from Chicago O'Hare to Milwaukee, costing an additional $[redacted]. I am disappointed in the inconvenience and extra costs incurred, especially since I had paid extra for seat selection on Delta. I am hoping to seek compensation for the added expenses.

I need to cancel my Delta Airlines flights due to medical reasons related to Covid-19. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have not been successful in obtaining a refund or credit for my canceled flights. The phone menu system has not been helpful, and the online cancellation process did not offer any refund options. I am currently facing long wait times with no resolution in sight. Confirmation number GS2AEP was updated to a new booking with ref U92XTP for a later flight this year. I received the new flight details and was instructed to pay the price difference within 24 hours. Despite attempting to call the provided number all day without success, the office is now closed until Monday, exceeding the 24-hour deadline. I'm concerned about potentially losing my flights due to this delay and hope for alternative ways to pay the difference. I am seeking a refund for an upgrade that was not honored due to an issue with Delta's accounting. My internet booking reference is HNEU4W for the JNB – ATL flight on March 13, flight DL201. The flight date was changed on March 12 from March 16 to March 13, resulting in a change fee of $1,[redacted].20. As only adjacent middle seats were available in Comfort Plus, I upgraded to Business Class for $2,[redacted].46. Upon check-in, Delta claimed not to have received the change fee, rendering the upgrade void. Despite providing evidence of the charge on my credit card statement, the staff at the ticket counter were unhelpful and insisted the payment was not received for the upgrade, while acknowledging the change fee was processed. We ended up being re-booked into separate seats in Comfort Plus for the flight. I am requesting a prompt refund of the upgrade fee.

I have an ongoing issue with four Delta trips booked through StudentUniverse. The first two trips were booked separately through StudentUniverse, for two passengers on a Delta flight from JFK to AMS on March 5th, [redacted]. Due to COVID-19, I request these flights to be credited to my SkyMiles account. The other two trips, for the same passengers on a Delta flight from CDG to JFK on March 19th, [redacted], were booked together under one StudentUniverse booking. I also request these flights to be credited to my SkyMiles account due to cancellation. I urge Delta to work with StudentUniverse to transfer all necessary information for both bookings to the airline. I request that all future communication and credits be handled directly by Delta, excluding the travel agency.

I emailed on March 19th regarding changing our flight from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to Grand Rapids, MI on April 6, [redacted], due to the new U.S. State Dept. Travel Notice. I have not received a response yet. I've tried contacting Customer Service through the "getHuman" portal, but receive a [redacted] Error Code each time. I made the reservations in good faith to visit my oldest daughter and her 5 kids in Miami, Florida. Due to lockdowns and family health concerns, we had to cancel. One of my grandkids' parents works in nursing and their mom has been exposed to the coronavirus. With uncertainties about travel, job security, and housing, we made the tough choice not to go. This trip was meant to be special for the kids, but circumstances have changed. We used our income tax return to fund the trip and now request a refund. Our trip to Pennsylvania on Tuesday, the 24th, was canceled by Delta Airlines. They rebooked us on flight [redacted] from San Antonio to Detroit and flight DL [redacted] from Detroit to Philadelphia on the same day. Unfortunately, the new timing did not suit our schedule, so we had to cancel the trip. We requested a refund to our credit card, as this change was not our fault and we were not contacted before being rebooked. I had a first-class flight booked to Atlanta on April 30th on Delta Flight [redacted], returning on May 4 on Delta Flight [redacted]. My reservation confirmation number is HZ3CHS and my SkyMiles account number is [redacted]. The ticket cost was $[redacted].80. Due to the cancellation of the conference I was attending because of the Coronavirus, I had to cancel my flight. I tried to cancel online, but the system only offered an e-credit of $[redacted].88, valid until January 17th, [redacted]. I have been unsuccessful in reaching Delta's customer service by phone to discuss this further. I am requesting a full cash refund of $[redacted].80 instead of the e-credit, given the circumstances of my cancellation. As a 70-year-old with underlying health conditions, I had hoped for more flexibility due to the Coronavirus impact. A cash refund would be more beneficial to me in light of the financial hardship I am facing.

We flew from Denmark to San Diego on February 13th and then to Kona, Hawaii on February 19th. Due to Denmark's border closure, we had to cut our trip short. Despite multiple attempts, we were unable to reach Delta by phone or cancel our return flights online through MyTrips or the Delta android app. As a result, we had to purchase new return tickets: Kona to San Diego on March 16th with Hawaiian Airlines and San Diego to Aalborg, Denmark on March 19th with Delta. We are seeking refunds for the unused portions of our original tickets. For the Aalborg to San Diego leg with confirmation code HPCOSX, we each paid [redacted] DKK, totaling [redacted] kr. We are requesting a refund of [redacted] DKK. For the San Diego to Kona leg with confirmation code GXEOMB, we paid $[redacted].80 each, totaling $[redacted].60. We are requesting a refund of $[redacted].80. Our original return dates were March 19th from Kona to San Diego and March 24th from San Diego to Aalborg. I am seeking more details about a package I was notified about. A sender mentioned sending me a package, and I received communication from someone purporting to be from Delta stating my package is ready, but I must pay R1500 for delivery. I complied with the payment, yet upon inquiring about the package's ETA over the phone, I was informed by the company that the package was flagged by customs for containing money. I mentioned that the sender intended to include money along with other goods. They informed me of a R2500 fine for an anti-money laundering certificate required before delivery. Could this possibly be a scam? The company has been calling me from the number ([redacted]3). I seek clarification on the legitimacy of this situation. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

We booked three round-trip Delta tickets from Atlanta to Ft. Myers, Florida in February for our daughter's spring break vacation. She is a teacher, and my husband (80) and I (75) planned to join her. Due to the virus news in March, we decided it was unsafe to travel and canceled through Expedia. They mentioned we might get a credit for the tickets, but we haven't received any updates beyond the cancellation confirmation. Trip Confirmation: #GWQLPD Hello, my name is Mike Sweet. My wife and I bought airline tickets back on February 12th for a trip planned to Hawaii in late April. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, we're unfortunately unable to proceed with our travel plans. Hawaii, like many other states, is under lockdown measures, and all new arrivals must do a 14-day quarantine, coinciding with the duration of our trip. Given our age (over 65) and health conditions, we are most vulnerable. The financial impact of the pandemic has also hit us hard, affecting our retirement funds significantly.
